Please review these Terms carefully before accessing or using Renok services. By browsing or purchasing, you enter into a binding agreement with RENOK Tobacco Co.
Mandatory Age Requirement (21+)
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access this website, participate in drops or raffles, or purchase tobacco accessories and Dominican leaf wraps. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of law and ground for immediate account termination.
01Account Eligibility & Verification
Access to purchase vault selections requires successful completion of automated third-party age verification. We reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions where age credentials cannot be established with certainty.
02Shipping, PACT Act & Delivery Protocols
All shipments are packaged in unbranded, tamper-evident carbon boxes. Delivery requires an adult (21+) signature and inspection of a government-issued photo ID upon transfer. Shipping is restricted or unavailable to jurisdictions where local statutes prohibit direct-to-consumer leaf tobacco deliveries.
03Vault Drops, Raffles & Order Limits
Certain releases—such as serialized apparel or ultra-aged limited cask reserves—may carry strict per-household quantity limits or require ticket entry. RENOK reserves the right to void any orders placed through automated bot scripts, proxy servers, or duplicate account circumvention.
04Product Nature & Natural Leaf Variance
Our wraps and cones are handcrafted from 100% natural virgin Dominican leaves without synthetic dyes or chemical binders. Natural variations in leaf vein pattern, hue, and texture are hallmarks of authentic artisan tobacco and are not considered manufacturing flaws.
05Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All logos, brand names, visual lockups, packaging designs, and digital content are the exclusive proprietary property of RENOK Tobacco Co. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial brand exploitation is strictly prohibited.
06Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RENOK Tobacco Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Any disputes shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration.
